Con Douvitsas - Managing Director
Con entered the cleaning industry in 1987. After acquiring a good knowledge of all areas of commercial cleaning, he established Centrepoint Cleaning Pty Ltd in 1998. Con has sound operational experience in the commercial cleaning industry within a range of environments. These experiences in the industry at all levels give him the ability to communicate with all of his staff. For over 15 years he has developed his staff in the operational areas of their trade and technical disciplines including hard floor specialisation.
Tad Misiewicz - Contracts Manager
Tad became involved in the cleaning industry in 1970. Tad brings a wealth of knowledge and management experience having previously been employed by the ANZ Bank as a Senior Manager.
Tad has a sound knowledge of commercial cleaning, both practical and managerial. Tad was involved in setting up a successful cleaning plan for the new, "green" M F B College building in Burnley.
Asimo Douvitsas - Operations Manager
Co-founder of Centrepoint Cleaning, Asimo has sound operational experience in the cleaning industry. Over the 25+ years she has assisted Con, she has developed her staff in the operational areas of their trade and technical disciplines.
Her expertise lies in staff selection and training, and in the monitoring of all work being performed to ensure program targets, and quality requirements, are met.
Asimo is responsible for the on-site distribution and maintenance of equipment, PPE's, the review and renewal (where appropriate) of specific documentation including communication books site manuals, safety posters, the onsite training and operational performance, staff induction including review and assessment.
Robert Puglisi - Area Manager
Robert brings over 5 years of customer service and admin related experience to his role of Area Manager. Robert is responsible for contract management, staffing and training. He currently manages the City of Casey contract which includes corporate offices and home (industrial) cleaning.
Di Saphin - Office Manager
Dianne joined our team 4 years ago. She manages our office and liaises with all staff and client when required. She is involved in the tender process, working under the supervision of the MD; attending Tender interviews and de-briefing sessions.
Supervisors and Cleaning staff
All cleaning staff are Building Attendant, Grade 2.
We ensure that all employees requiring entry to a site a Police check. undergo a Criminal History Check by the Victoria Police. All on site employees are also required to be in uniform as well as carry company photographic identification.
